Workout Wednesday!! by frecklegrrl featuring a nylon duffel bag
As you know, or may not know, I've recently began eating healthy and working out again - have been working on my new lifestyle for the last four to six weeks or so. While there have been some trials along the way, I've thus far been successful with this new lifestyle - eating right and working out a few times a week.
And the shopaholic in me loves working out because that means buying all new workout clothes, haha. Which is twofold - one, it's cute and fun and two, new clothes are great motivation to get out there and start exercising. I'm currently coveting the cute workout clothes above. (:

That's so awesome that you're working out and eating healthy. I go in phases. There are weeks when I'm working out everyday and sticking to a healthy diet and then I fall off the wagon :(
ReplyDeleteAfter a couple of months of that I'm finally back on with working out. I always said I can't complain about my body unless I'm willing to do something about it :)

Thanks Ly! I've definitely gone through phases of commitment too - I think its definitely hard to make that first transition! But, once you get into the swing of things, its difficult to even imagine falling off the wagon. Plus, working out makes me feel great afterwards - which is what I focus on while I'm exercising. I definitely agree with you - I feel like I can't just complain, I have to be willing to something, even something small, to make a change!
